Cancellation policy

This policy applies to bookings made directly on this site. Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com or other platforms follow the cancellation policy shown there.

1. Free cancellation

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before arrival, that is until 3 pm on the day before, and until then you pay nothing: if you chose to pay by card, your card is only charged at that time; if you chose to pay on arrival, nothing is paid in advance.

If you cancel after that time, or in case of a no-show (failure to arrive without notice), the full amount of the stay is due and is non-refundable.

If you decide to leave earlier than your confirmed check-out date, the amount for the entire stay is retained.

2. How to cancel or change a booking

Cancellations and changes must be requested in writing, by email to info@fraivolti.it. A change is valid once you receive our written confirmation; until then, the original booking terms apply.

3. Special circumstances

• Cancellation by Fraivolti: in the very rare event that we have to cancel your booking because the accommodation becomes unavailable for unforeseen reasons, you receive a full refund as soon as possible (the time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer). Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us.
• Force majeure: no refunds are given for cancellations or early departures caused by events beyond our control, such as travel disruptions, severe weather (fog or acqua alta, the high tide) or personal emergencies. We recommend taking out travel insurance.
