Fraivolti stands in a residential calle, among Venetian neighbours. These few rules help look after the house and make every stay a pleasant one.

Respect and care

Treat the accommodation with care and leave it in the condition you found it. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment and the room, including at the windows.

Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am, and be mindful of the neighbours on the stairs and in the common areas.

Parties and events are not allowed. Only the guests registered for the booking may stay in the accommodation.

Pets are welcome in the apartment on request: please ask before you book. They are not allowed in the room.

Italian law requires every guest to be registered: you will be asked for your details for the registration.

Before going out, please close the windows and switch off the lights. Never leave the air conditioning or the heating on with the windows open.

Always make sure the door is properly closed after entering your keypad code, and do not share the code with anyone.

Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Please use the bin provided for everything else.

Check-out is by 10 am. There are no keys to return: the door locks automatically behind you. Please send a message when you leave.
