A double room on the third floor, under the roof beams, with its own entrance and its own bathroom. For two people.

The room

The bed is a double, 140 × 190 cm. There is a wardrobe, a minibar, a kettle and a coffee machine, and the bathroom has a large shower.

One thing to know before you book: the wall between the room and the bathroom is iron and clear glass. Magnetic curtains are in the wardrobe, if you want to close it off.

Getting around

The Frari is 2 minutes away, the Rialto Bridge 8 and St Mark’s about 20; the station and Piazzale Roma are about 10 minutes on foot. From San Tomà, a minute from the door, water bus lines 1 and 2 run along the Grand Canal to the station, Rialto and St Mark’s. More in my guide to getting around.

Good to know

  • The room is on the third floor and there is no lift: with heavy suitcases the stairs are hard work.
  • If you arrive before check-in or leave after check-out, your bags can wait in the locked cabinet on the ground floor, at no charge.
  • Pets are not allowed in the room.
  • Every guest fills in the online check-in before arriving, as Italian law requires.
